Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Zenvia - what you are buying, how you pay for it, how it gets to you, and what happens when something goes wrong.
Last updated 26 September 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Zenvia ("Zenvia", "we", "us") and govern your use of zenvia.win, every page served under it, and every order you place with us.
By creating an account, adding an item to your basket, sending us Litecoin or otherwise using the site, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
If you have ordered from us before, the version of the Terms published on the date you place your order applies to that order.
2. Who we are
Zenvia is an online retailer of digital goods - streaming and gaming subscriptions, software licences, gift cards, account top-ups and similar items. Our legal entity, registration details and contact information are set out in our Legal Notice.
We are an independent reseller. We are not the publisher, manufacturer, developer or official distributor of the brands whose products we list, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any of them.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your place of residence, whichever is higher, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement.
When you register you agree to give us accurate, current information - a real name and an email address you actually control - and to keep it up to date. The email address you register with is the delivery address for every order, so a mistake here means a misdelivered item.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including any order placed from it. Keep your password to yourself, do not reuse a password from another service, and tell us straight away at support@sumox.net if you think someone else has got in.
You may not buy on the site for resale as part of a business, unless we have agreed to a trade account with you in writing.
4. What we sell
Every listing shows what you get: the item, the term or quantity, the delivery method, the price and, where we track it, how many are left in stock.
Descriptions and images are provided in good faith. Digital goods are supplied by third-party suppliers and the final configuration - region, plan tier, redemption method - is the one stated on the listing page. If a listing is wrong about something material, tell us and we will put it right under section 11.
Stock availability is explicitly subject to change. An item showing in stock can sell out between you opening the page and you paying for it. If we cannot supply, you pay nothing or, if you have already paid, you get a full refund.
5. Prices, Litecoin quotes and exchange rates
Prices are displayed in US dollars for reference. The amount you actually pay is the Litecoin amount shown on the payment card at the moment you open checkout, calculated against the fixed reference rate published on the site.
That Litecoin quote is what you must send. It is calculated from the reference rate at the time of checkout and is held for the duration of your checkout session; we do not re-quote because the market moved after you loaded the page, and we do not top up or refund differences caused by market movement.
You are responsible for the Litecoin network fee added by your wallet on top of the purchase amount. Send less than the quoted amount - because of a fee taken off the top, for example - and the order will not reach the required total and will not be released.
We may change prices at any time without notice. Changes do not affect orders already accepted.
6. Placing an order
Items you add are held in your basket as pending orders. Nothing is owed until you send payment.
Your order becomes binding on us when we detect a payment of the correct amount from you and mark it as paid - not before. Before that moment we may cancel a pending order, for example because the item sold out, because a price was clearly shown in error, or because we suspect the order breaches these Terms.
We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion before delivery, including where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse of a discount, or a breach of section 9. If we cancel after you have paid, you receive a full refund to the address you paid from.
6.1 Payments are Litecoin only
We accept Litecoin and nothing else. No cards, no bank transfers, no PayPal, no store credit issued in advance. This keeps our costs down and lets us deliver instantly with no chargebacks or payment holds.
Pay only to the Litecoin address shown on our checkout card on this site. We will never ask you to send to an address by email, direct message or comment - anyone who does is not us.
Because Litecoin transactions are final and irreversible, a payment sent to the wrong address, in the wrong amount, or from a service that obscures the sender, cannot be undone by us. Double-check the address and the amount before you confirm in your wallet.
7. Delivery
Everything we sell is a digital good, delivered electronically to the email address registered on your account. There is no physical shipping and no delivery charge.
Delivery starts once your payment reaches two confirmations on the Litecoin network - usually a few minutes, occasionally longer when the network is busy.
Most items are delivered automatically within minutes of those confirmations. Manual items such as account top-ups are completed by our team, typically within five to fifteen minutes during support hours.
Delivery times quoted on listing pages and in our support pages are targets, not guarantees. Network congestion, a slow fee, an out-of-stock item or an incorrect email address on your account can all delay delivery.
Risk in the goods passes to you when we dispatch them to your registered email address. If they do not arrive, contact us - section 11 and our Sales and Refunds policy set out what happens next.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site, your account or anything we deliver to you in a way that is unlawful, harmful or abusive. In particular, you must not:
- use purchased accounts, subscriptions, licences or cards for fraud, impersonation, spam, scraping, gambling where prohibited, or any other unlawful activity;
- resell or redistribute items purchased here as part of a business, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing;
- interfere with the site - probing, scanning, overloading, injecting content, or attempting to bypass security or access controls;
- scrape the catalogue, listings or prices at a rate that harms the site or other customers, or mirror the site without our written consent;
- abuse discount offers, referral programmes or support channels, including by registering multiple accounts to claim a new-customer offer more than once;
- misrepresent your relationship with Zenvia, or claim to act for us without written authorisation.
We may suspend or close an account, cancel a pending order, or withhold delivery where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken. If you have already paid for an order we withhold, you get the money back.
9. Discounts and promotions
From time to time we run promotions - including the new-customer discount advertised on the site. Unless the offer says otherwise, a promotion is limited to one use per person or household, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined with another offer, and can be withdrawn or amended at any time before you check out.
Where a promotion has been applied in error, or has been claimed through multiple accounts, we will remove it and either cancel the order or invoice the difference before delivery.
List prices struck through as previous prices show the price at which the item was offered on this site for a reasonable period before the sale, in line with the pricing practices of the market we operate in.
10. Third-party services and brands
Items we supply depend on third-party platforms. Their own terms of service, regional restrictions, content policies and enforcement decisions apply to your use of the item once it is in your hands.
A third-party provider may at any time change, suspend, limit or terminate an account, subscription or licence - including one obtained through us. Where a provider does that for reasons within their control and unrelated to how you used the item, our Sales and Refunds policy decides what we owe you.
All trade names, trademarks, logos and content referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. Their use here is purely descriptive of the goods we sell.
11. Cancellations, refunds and redelivery
Because every item is digital and delivered electronically the moment your payment confirms, the usual right to cancel a distance sale does not apply to goods you have already asked us to begin delivering.
Our Sales and Refunds policy sets out in full when we refund, when we redeliver, and how to ask. It forms part of these Terms and you should read it before you order.
Nothing in these Terms limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer in your place of residence.
12. Intellectual property
The site - its design, text, graphics, structure and code - is owned by or licensed to Zenvia and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, and nothing else.
You may not copy, adapt, redistribute, frame or commercially exploit any part of the site without our prior written consent.
13. Disclaimers
The site and everything on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times, or that listings will always be accurate or in stock.
We do not warrant that an item will satisfy a particular purpose beyond what the listing states, or that a third-party provider will continue to support, activate or renew an item after delivery.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for breach of your statutory consumer rights.
14. Our liability to you
Subject to the exclusions above, our total liability to you in connection with any order, the site or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses - lost profits, lost business, loss of data, or loss arising from a third-party provider's decision to suspend or terminate an account - whether in contract, tort or otherwise.
You are responsible for keeping your own backups of anything you purchase from us once delivered, including credentials, licence keys and redemption codes.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the site at any time and ask us to close your account by emailing support@sumox.net. Closing your account does not cancel orders already paid and delivered.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the site. Sections that by their nature should survive termination - including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits and governing law - survive it.
Where we terminate without cause, we will refund any order you have paid for and not yet received.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order governs that order; for everything else, the version published on the date you last used the site applies.
If we make a change that materially affects an order already in progress, we will honour the terms you ordered under.
The "last updated" date at the top of this page tells you when the current version took effect.
17. Governing law and complaints
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by the laws of [Country of incorporation], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If you are a consumer, you benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and any proceedings may be brought in the courts of that country.
Before starting any formal process, please write to support@sumox.net - the overwhelming majority of issues are resolved there within a day.
18. How to contact us
Questions about these Terms, an order or your account: support@sumox.net. For anything formal, use the postal details in our Legal Notice.
When you contact us about an order, include the order number and the Litecoin address you paid from so we can find it immediately.
