A review is only worth reading if you can believe it. Ours come from people who actually paid, and we publish the unflattering ones alongside the rest.

Our rules
Five commitments, in the order they matter.
Verified purchases only
A review is eligible only if it belongs to a completed order in our records. We match the order before anything is published.
Order number required
No paid praise
We do not buy reviews, offer discounts in exchange for them, or seed a page with copy written by us. There is no incentive attached to reviewing.
Zero incentives
Negative stays up
A review is never removed because it is unflattering. It comes down only for abuse, personal data, spam, or something factually about another customer.
Only moderation, never editing
Nothing rewritten
We do not tidy up wording, fix your grammar, or combine two reviews into one glowing paragraph. What you wrote is what gets published.

How to leave one
Three steps - there is no separate review account to create.

Have your order number ready
It is in your basket under Order history, and in the delivery email. That is what makes the review verifiable rather than anonymous.

Write it and send it
Email support@sumox.net with the subject "Review". Say which item it is about, what happened, and how it went - good, bad or somewhere in between.

We publish it as it arrives
Your first name and the item are shown alongside it. We may contact you once to confirm the order is yours, and then it goes up.
When a review is bad
What happens after you tell everyone something went wrong.
We read it the same day
Reviews reach the same inbox as support. There is no separate queue that quietly sits on complaints.

Redelivery, replacement or refund - the remedies in Sales and Refunds are offered before we ask you to reconsider anything.

If it stays published, we publish a reply underneath it explaining what we did. The record shows both sides, not just ours.

Star ratings on product pages
We are adding per-item ratings so you can see how a specific listing performs before buying, rather than a single site-wide number. It is being built, not announced as live - when it ships, the collection rules on this page apply to it unchanged: verified orders only, no incentives, nothing edited.
Until then, every review on this page is one a customer sent us themselves, published exactly as written.
Our disclosure
The part most sites leave out.
We do not run a two-sided selection
There is no step where we choose which verified reviews are allowed to appear. Spam, abuse and anything containing another person's data comes down; everything else stays up, in the order it arrived.
We do not hide behind a platform
Reviews are held on our own systems rather than rented from a third party, which means we are responsible for what is shown and cannot point at a provider when something looks wrong.
Incentivised content is labelled
If a review is ever connected to a promotion, discount or credit in any way, it will be marked as such on the page. We would rather publish the label than the review.
Say something. We can take it.
Send a review with your order number and it goes up as written - and if something broke, tell us first so we can fix it.
