About
Good stock, good people.
Everything we sell comes from somewhere. This page explains where we expect it to come from, what we ask of the people who supply it, and how to become one of them.
Suppliers · Creators · Affiliates
Three kinds of partner
Different relationships, one standard.
Suppliers
Wholesalers, distributors and vetted sellers who provide the digital stock behind our listings - subscriptions, keys, gift cards and top-ups.
What we sell
Creators
Streamers, writers and community operators who introduce Zenvia to an audience that actually wants digital goods at a fair price.
Who we talk to
Affiliates
Performance partners who send traffic and earn on delivered orders. The programme is being structured alongside the referral work.

What suppliers have to meet
The bar for anything that carries our name at checkout.
Clean provenance
Stock has to be sourced legitimately and legally resaleable in the regions we list it for. We do not buy reclaimed, compromised or fraudulently obtained accounts.
No exceptions
Live, honest stock
A feed we can trust, refilled on schedule, so the number on the listing is the number you can actually buy. Out-of-stock happens; overselling does not.
Inventory accuracy
Region and term clarity
Where an item is region-locked or term-limited, that is stated on the listing before anyone pays - not discovered after delivery.
Disclosed upfront
Reliable fulfilment
Delivery within the window we advertise, with a working route for replacements when a unit turns out to be dead on arrival.
Support does not end at sale
How a supply relationship works
Four steps, transparent on both sides.
1. Introduction
You tell us what you supply, in which regions, at what tier, with what evidence of provenance. We start small - a handful of SKUs - before anything scales.
2. Testing
We buy from you like a customer would, track the real failure rate, and check that replacements arrive when something is dead. That failure rate decides whether we continue.
3. Listing and settlement
Stock goes live with region and term stated on the page. Settling up is agreed in writing up front, including how refunds and replacements are shared when an item fails.
4. Ongoing review
Failure rates and delivery times are reviewed continuously. Stock that repeatedly disappoints customers comes off the site, whoever supplies it.
What we do not work with
Saves everyone a conversation later.
Compromised or resold accounts
Anything obtained through theft, refund abuse, credential stuffing or a breach of the originating platform's terms where that makes resale unlawful.
Rejected on sight
Undisclosed region traps
Stock that only works in one country sold as universal, or terms hidden until after delivery. It generates refunds and it is not worth it.
Listings stay honest
Paid-for coverage
We do not pay for reviews or for coverage that must be positive. Creator partnerships are labelled, and the wording stays with the creator.
No editorial strings
Mass unsolicited outreach
A cold pitch with no provenance attached and no answer to the four requirements above will not get a reply, however friendly it is.

How to apply
What to send, and to where.
Email support@sumox.net with the subject "Partnership"
Include what you supply or where your audience is, which regions you cover, how stock is sourced, and roughly what volume you can sustain per week. If you are applying as a creator or affiliate, add your channels and the size of the audience. We reply to everything that answers the four supplier requirements above, and we are candid when the answer is no.
Better stock, better shop.
If you can hold the standard, there is room here - the catalogue grows with the people behind it.
