Paying less, every time you come back.
Zenvia runs on thin margins, so the reward is the price itself - a first-order discount, honest sale pricing, and a loyalty layer we are building now.
New customers: 5% off the first order
What you get today
Live on the site right now, no code to hunt down.
5% off your first order
New customers get five percent off their opening purchase. It is advertised across the site and applies to your first order only, once per person.
First order only
Sale pricing, permanently
Listings show the previous price struck through next to today's - the discount is in the price rather than hidden behind a code.
No coupon needed
How the first-order discount works
Three steps, and it is done.
- 1
Create an account
The discount is tied to a customer's first order, so sign in or register before you check out - an anonymous guest checkout cannot be recognised later.
- 2
Order as normal
Add what you want, settle the basket in Litecoin. The discounted figure is what you see before you send.
- 3
Never again, but always something
The 5% is used up on that first order. After that, sale pricing and the loyalty tier are where the saving comes from.
Discount not applied?
Message support@sumox.net before you pay and we will fix the total for you. We would rather honour it than have you abandon a basket over a percentage point.
Coming next
The loyalty layer is being built - here is the shape of it.
Order tiers
Spend thresholds that unlock progressively better pricing on repeat purchases, so regulars stop paying list price.

Credit for delays
When a delivery genuinely misses its window, the make-good is account credit rather than a support argument.
In design
Early access
Limited stock on high-demand drops, released to established customers a little before the public listing.

Nothing above is a promise of a specific reward, date or value - it describes what is being worked on. When a feature goes live it will be described here in the same terms as everything already running, and the Terms of Service will govern it.
Start with the 5%.
Your first order is the cheapest it will ever be. After that, sale pricing and the loyalty tier keep the saving going.
